1. Overview & Eligibility:
Scope of Policy: This policy applies to all products purchased directly through the FX Esports website or our official communication channels.
Notification Window: Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Customized & Personalized Products:
Custom Orders Definition: Customized items include jerseys, kits, and apparel printed with personalized player names, squad numbers, custom team logos, or unique bespoke colors.
Non-Returnable Status: Because custom gear is manufactured specifically to your personalized specifications, customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.
Approved Mockups: Prior to production, customers approve a digital 2D design proof. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, wrong squad numbers, or incorrect sizes that were approved on the design proof by the client.
3. Standard (Non-Customized) Products:
7-Day Return & Exchange Window: Non-customized items (standard stock shirts, track pants, kit bags, and accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or proof of payment is required to process any return or exchange request.
Exchange Options: You may exchange standard items for a different size or style of equal value, subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Manufacturing Defects: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tears, faulty stitching, or printing errors differing from the approved proof), we will replace the item free of charge.
Wrong Item Dispatched: If you receive an item, size, or color that does not match your confirmed order details, FX Esports will arrange a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
Inspection Proof: To claim a replacement for defective or incorrect goods, you must provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue within 7 days of receiving the package.
5. Return & Replacement Process:

Review & Verification: Our quality assurance team will inspect the details and confirm eligibility within 24 to 48 business hours.
Dispatch & Exchange: Once approved, replacement items are prioritized in our production schedule and shipped to your address within 4 to 7 working days.
6. Refund Policy & Methods:
Approved Refunds: In cases where an order cannot be replaced or an agreed cancellation is processed, a refund will be issued.
Payment Channels: Approved refunds are transferred directly via local Pakistani payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or direct Online Bank Transfer.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
7. Return Shipping Charges:
Company Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged delivery, or our team’s error, FX Esports covers all associated courier shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: If a return or exchange for a standard non-customized product is requested due to personal preference or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return courier delivery charges.
8. Order Cancellation Policy:
Standard Orders: Unfulfilled standard stock orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement without penalty.
Custom Production Orders: Custom team jersey orders cannot be canceled once fabric printing and sublimation production have begun after proof approval.
