Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, sizing measurements, fabric specifications (such as micro-interlock and dry-fit polyester), and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
Availability: All orders, including custom team jerseys and kits, are subject to fabric stock and manufacturing capacity. We may limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
3. Orders and Payments:
Order Confirmation: Placing an order on our website or via our official WhatsApp line constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order once your request is received.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast.
Advance Deposit for Custom Kits: For personalized products featuring custom player names, squad numbers, or team badges, an advance partial deposit or full payment is required prior to starting production.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify your payment, contact number, and delivery details before dispatching an order to prevent fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
Delivery Area: We offer delivery across Lahore and nationwide throughout Pakistan.
Timelines: Estimated delivery times for customized kits and standard gear typically range between 4 to 7 working days. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or courier delays) may cause delays.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from FX Esports pass to you upon our delivery to the courier carrier.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Custom Order Policy:
7-Day Return Policy (Standard Items): For non-customized stock items, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is completely undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customized Products Policy: Items customized with personal player names, numbers, team logos, or bespoke designs cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or printing error made by our team.
Manufacturing Defect Replacement: If your kit arrives with a printing error (differing from your approved mockup) or a fabric flaw, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of receipt.
6. Design Mockup Approvals and Artwork:
Digital Proof Approval: For customized team orders, our graphic team will provide a digital 2D mockup. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all spellings, player numbers, sizes, and colors before granting production approval.
Artwork Ownership: Customers warrant that all team emblems, club crests, and sponsor logos submitted for printing are legally owned or authorized for use by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Product Performance: While our sportswear is engineered for athletic performance and durability, FX Esports is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper washing, or severe misuse.
Damages: In no case shall FX Esports, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the website.
8. Intellectual Property:
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of FX Esports or its suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the website without express written permission from us.
